Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Detroit Taylor

It’s a new hotel. Great staff, always checking on how things are going and if you need anything as you walk by the front desk. The breakfast was very nice: they had oatmeal bar, bread, bagels, waffles, bacon, individual quiches, yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, etc. The fitness room looked a step up from other hotels at the same price point. I didn’t see the pool. The only tricky thing is that the turn to the hotel from the main road is easy to miss and then you have to do u-turns to get back. It is marked by a sign (which is maybe temporary), it’d be better if it was lit up.

The staff was cordial, politeabd excited to see me. I felt at home and comfortable. The continential breakfast was delicious.

Very clean and accessible. Right off the interstate, continental breakfast and pleasant staff.

Coffee was excellent. Breakfast was just ok.
